The Potters Holidays World Indoor Bowls Championships take place once a year during January. The event attracts the world's best players from the globe's leading bowls nations.

"The World Indoor Championships have gone from strength to strength since we first came to Norfolk in 1999. Potters Holidays will again be hosting the World Bowls Tour World Indoor Championships for another spectacular two weeks of top quality bowls which will culminate in four World Indoor Finals, The Ladies World Indoor Matchplay, World Indoor Mixed Pairs Matchplay, The World Indoor Pairs and the highly prestigious World Indoor Singles Championship. Featuring the World Bowls Tour Top 16 against the top qualifiers from around the globe who include the great Karen Murphy & Ben Twist from Australia, last years double Potters Holidays World Title Champion Alison Merrien from the Channel Islands, record breakers Paul Foster and Alex Marshall MBE, Commonwealth Gold Medallist Robert Weale, to name but a few and the two event wildcard entries, Ian Bond and Robert Paxton who just became The Co-operative Funeralcare Scottish International Open 2011 Champion. With an overall prize fund exceeding £100,000.00 this is the richest Championships in the field of Bowls.
